The Institute organized Live Cooking Demo on Himachali Cuisine with the pairing state Kerala i.e. IHM, Trivandrum under Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat initiative on 03rd June, 2020, which was streamed live on the Institute’s YouTube Channel ‘IHMSHIMLA LIVE’.
The Demo was given by Sh. Abhishek Rajan and Sh. Prashant Vijeta, both Senior Lecturers of the Institute. The Demo was on the preparation of famous Himachali Dish “Sidhoo”.
