AIHM organised an online cooking competition where the students had to cook one dish from pairing state Dadra & Nagar Haveli and send recipe for the same. They also sent three photographs, one with raw ingredients, one while cooking and one with final presentation. The judgement criteria included marks for recipe, presentation, feasibility and authenticity
