A detailed knowledge on Manipuri Cuisine was presented by Prof. R.C. Pandey, Dean, School of Hospitality Management, Graphic Era University, Dehradun. He is having a deep information on the regional cuisines on North eat states. Five popular dishes from Manipur have been demonstrated with prerecorded videos made in Kitchen labs. A total of 100. Participation has been observed and during the session multiple cross questions with the resource person have been satisfied.

IHM Gwalior has organised an online food video competition among the students of IHM Gwalior. Students were asked to prepare the video of the dishes based on the cuisines of Madhya Pradesh, Manipur and Nagaland. Finally, it was presented in the google meet platform by the students. Judge 1. A video conferencing was conducted between Students of Gujarat & Chhattisgarh. The students were briefed regarding the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat initiative. There was a discussion regarding cuisine speciality of both the states with reference to method of preparation, ingredients &festive foods. The students from both states interacted with each-other sharing knowledge of their food habits. The session was very informative for the participants as the spoke of the food prepared at their houses & available in their surrounding market place.
