Chef Niraj Kumar and Chef Gitanshu Kumar demonstrated the preparation of dishes from Puducherry through online mode. This included ‘Kadugu Yerra’ and ‘Crème Caramel’. 2nd Year students of B.Sc. joined the session and learnt the preparation of the dishes. This also showed the students how history and amalgam of cultures influences the food of an area.

India Tourism Mumbai successfully hosted a travel trade roadshow in the Pune City 12 Nov. 2021. The event saw good turnout as key travel agents and industry experts from Pune were excited to learn more about Odisha which is the partner state of Maharashtra under EBSB engagement. Odisha's new offerings were presented by the 9 travel trade representatives from the state. A presentation showcasing Maharashtra Tourism was made by the State Tourism Dept. 60 tour operators and travel agents from Pune city participated in the event.

An online presentation followed by the quiz was organized on the Theme – Literary Competition on Gujarat & Chhattisgarh under the EBSB programme. The meeting started with the discussion and making the students aware about the concept and background of EBSB programme, followed by presentation of the location, history, tourism and importance of the present in the state of Gujarat and Chhattisgarh followed by the quiz. The activity was found satisfactory.

There was an online meeting and presentation with participation of students of IHM Ahmedabad. There was an presentation of information about the various speciality dishes of Chhattisgarh . The dishes were discussed in details with the ingredients, preparation method as well as health benefits. It was a very knowledgeable discussion giving the insights of the uniqueness and specialities delicacies’. Active Participation with audience and a lots of interaction made the activity a pleasant and learning experience.
